There are two things to consider when taking up any martial arts, the first is whether or not the classes are actually any good, the second is making sure that the prices are fair and affordable to people from all walks of life. Many martial arts associations will make you sign contracts tying you into there club, and there fees, for anywhere up to eighteen months, certain groups will also charge a small fortune on the membership fee, in some cases as much as £200.00 per person!

PKA Kickboxing Instructional DVD - Optional Extra

For an extra £12.99 we can supply you with a double disc DVD produced by the PKA used for home study and extra fitness. Chapter by chapter you will see PKA instructors demonstrating and explaining the technical sets practised for our gradings.  When mastered, these sets will allow you opportunity to be examined in order to work your way up through the belts from Red belt to Black belt.
