Professionally Ran, Well Organised Kickboxing Classes

Although we have been established in the East Midlands for over fifteen years, it is only within the last five years that we have expanded into the suburbs and satellite towns rather than just the city centres. In the past people would have had to travel considerable distances to attend classes, not so these days. We are now widespread across the region and would like to think that we can offer you a class in, or at least near, your home town.
